Tara Wages, MS, CET1, MCLC

Hello, I’m Tara Wages. I hold an undergraduate degree in History from Fordham University and a Master’s in Psychology from Sacred Heart University. Additionally, I am a Certified Experiential Therapist, Level l (CET1) and a Master’s Level Certified Life Coach (MCLC).

Since 2015, I have served as an addiction counselor at two major drug and alcohol facilities in Pennsylvania. In this role, I’ve worked with a diverse range of individuals, from young adults to seniors, and from various socioeconomic backgrounds, including both homeless individuals and executives. My responsibilities have included working with couples and families as part of my therapeutic practice. As an experiential therapist at the facility, I’ve also addressed issues beyond addiction, such as family dynamics and goal setting, helping clients navigate their unique challenges.

I firmly believe in the power of continuous education to enhance my personal and professional growth. To further my development in action modalities, I attend the Hudson Valley Psychodrama Institute yearly with aspirations of one day becoming a Certified Practitioner. I am passionate about integrating my learning experiences into my work with clients.

Together, we can embark on a transformative journey toward healing and self-discovery. Thank you for being a part of this inspiring process.

My Purpose

Meeting Clients where they are.

Like that of many, my purpose is to uncover my true self and become who I am meant to be.  Life’s challenges have taught me valuable lessons about resilience and growth. It’s not solely about our pasts, it’s about how we move forward despite adversity. I am dedicated to helping you navigate your own journey toward self-discovery and empowerment.

If you’re ready to embark on a transformative journey, I invite you to connect with me. Together, we can turn your dreams into achievable goals and build the life you deserve. Remember, every transformation begins with a single step - lets’ take that step together.
